German magazine issues fake apology for mocking Schumacher
During the 1976 crash, Lauda's Ferrari burst into flames, and he nearly died after inhaling toxic fumes.
Lauda said of the Titanic cover: "It is an absolute barefaced cheek and is completely impious. I ask myself, 'who would print such a load of rubbish?'"
He added that he was considering taking legal action.
