    'A Country Called Ghana', the new film from the stables of Kojo Nkansah 'Lilwin' has been nominated in the Black Star International Film Festival.

    It has been nominated in the 'Black Star Movie of the Year' category.

    The movie which was directed by Frank Fiifi Gharbin and executively produced by Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, is a Ghana-Nigeria collaboration, that features some of the finest actors and actresses from the two countries.

    It features Ramsey Nouah, Charles Awurum, and Victor Osuagwu, popularly known as Awilo Sharp Sharp, Paa George, and Sweet Mimi, among others.

    ‘A Country Called Ghana’ which has attained recognition globally, securing a cinema distribution deal, is set to be screened in theaters worldwide.

    Accra, Feb. 18, GNA – The cinema premiere of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin’s “A Country Called Ghana” movie has been set for Friday, February 28, , across Silverbird Cinemas in Ghana and Nigeria.

    The movie, since its debut last year, has won numerous international awards, including Best Indigenous Film at the Nollywood Film Festival, Best Production Design, and Best Make-Up Film at the Imo International Film Festival, among others.
