Georgina Helen Henley (born 9 July 1995)[1] is an English actress. She began acting as a child, and became known for starring as Lucy Pevensie in the fantasy film series The Chronicles of Narnia (2005–2010), which grossed over US$1.5 billion worldwide and won her several accolades. This includes nods from several critic groups and an Empire Award nomination.
Following the end of the Chronicles of Narnia franchise, she played a leading role in the thriller film Perfect Sisters (2014), and headlined the independent mystery film The Sisterhood of Night (2015), the latter of which earned her praise and established her as a mature actress. She went on to play Margaret Tudor in the biographical series The Spanish Princess (2019–2020).

Georgina Helen Henley was born July 9th, 1995 in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, England, the youngest of three daughters of Mike and Helen Henley. When she was young, she joined a local drama group called Upstagers. It was there that she started her acting career, participating in stage performances such as “Babushka: A Christmas Story” and “The Pied Piper”, prior to landing her first role in a film.
When Pippa Hall, casting director for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe came to Georgie’s town in search of children to play the four Pevensies, she knew Georgie was perfect for the role of Lucy after only one audition. After 18 months of auditioning, Georgie was selected from thousands of girls to play the coveted role of Lucy Pevensie in the film adaption of C. S. Lewis’ classic series, which was her movie debut. She reprised her role in Prince Caspian and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
