David L. McNulty is a U.S. Marshal. He was nominated for full U.S. Senate confirmation to the office in 2011 by U.S. PresidentBarack Obama upon recommendation of Senator Charles Schumer of New York. McNulty is the U.S. Marshal U.S. Marshals Service for the Northern District of New York.[1] A former Major and 33-year veteran with the New York State Police, McNulty was Section Head of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), where he assisted with the command of over 1300 BCI police personnel.[2] He joined the New York State Police as a trooper in 1978.[3] McNulty received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Albany.[4] He led the U.S. Marshals Service response to the highly televised escape of murders Richard Matt and David Sweat from the Clinton County Correctional Facility in Dannemora N.Y. in June 2015. Surrey County Council chief executive David McNulty told workers he could justify being paid £70,000 more than the Prime Minister because of the work that comes with his role, such as waste disposal and keeping the county’s buses running on time.

Professor Max Lu is currently President and Vice-Chancellor of University of Surrey, responsible for leading the University, defining its academic direction and strategy, and ensuring that it is well managed.
He is a Director of the Boards of UK Research and Innovation and National Physical Laboratory, and a member of the Leadership Council of the National Centre for Universities and Business. He is a Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey and active in many local arts, charitable and community organisations.
Professor Lu lectured at Nanyang Technological University from 1991 to 1994, and held academic and leadership positions at the University of Queensland from 1994 to 2016, rising from senior lecturer to chair professor. He founded the Australian Research Council's Centre of Excellence for Functional Nanomaterials and served as its inaugural director for eight years. He was awarded the Australian Research Council Federation Fellowship in 2003 and 2008.
