Christopher Celichowski represents clients in a variety of matters involving Minnesota workers’ compensation, subrogation, employer liability, general liability, dram shop, employment, and OSHA defense matters. A shareholder with the Firm since 1993, Mr. Celichowski heads O'Meara Wagner P.A.'s Workers' Compensation Section, one of the largest Workers' Compensation practice groups in the state. He began his career with the Firm in 1987 as a law clerk. Mr. Celichowski served as the Firm's managing partner from 1997-2000 and from 2004-2006.
Mr. Celichowski graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in 1984. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1988. At the University, he served as a managing editor for the Journal of Law & Inequality, was on the Dean’s List, and earned the William O. Douglas Award for excellence in Constitutional Law. Tristan John Buttrum
- age 27, beloved son, brother, grandson and fiance; passed away suddenly on January 2, 2023. Tristan loved his family fiercely and had a huge passion for life. He had a smile that was contagious and he never missed the opportunity to man people laugh. His warm hugs made you feel like the most important person in the world. Tristan will be always loved, alltid missed and never forgotten.
He is survived by his mom Stacey Felter, dad Lee Talbot, step-mom Liz Talbot, brothers William, Colin and Jacob Talbot, sister Lilly Talbot and fiance Carissa Carr.

Joyce Dudley(Global Fellow '15, Responses to Global Challenges) was awarded a highly competitive Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship to prepare her for a career in the Foreign Service. The program selects 30 outstanding Rangel Fellows annually through a highly competitive nationwide process and supports them through two years of graduate study, internships and professional development activities, and entry into the Foreign Service. Dudley is pursuing her Master’s degree in Intercultural and International Communication, with a concentration in Diplomacy, at American University. She will also complete an internship overseas at a U.S. Embassy and an internship on Capitol Hill before she joins the Foreign Service in 2019. She graduated from UMD with a BA in Russian Language and Literature.
