Profile
Lieutenant General C.D. Moore, USAF (Ret), has over 35 years of experience leading large organizations and complex aerospace programs as an acquisition, test, and operations expert. As the first commander of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), he built a new organization responsible for “cradle to grave” management of nearly all USAF aircraft, engines, munitions, and electronic/cyber systems with a proven record in development, production, fielding, and product support of world-class aircraft systems. MAJOR GENERAL JOSEPH B. WILSON

Maj. Gen. Joseph B. Wilson was the Assistant to the Commander - Air Force Materiel Command, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. His primary responsibility was to assist ANG and AFMC to increase the weapons systems capability and equipment availability through communication and collaboration for efficiency and cost effectiveness. He was also responsible for highlighting and identifying opportunities for ANG engagement on problem solving, initiatives, and special interest items enabling Senior Leaders to understand the relationship between them and the ANG Enterprise.
General Wilson received his commission in from the Air National Guard Academy of Military Science, Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to receiving his commission, General Wilson served as an enlisted maintainer in the Air Force, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard as a Jet Engine Technician and Crew Chief on T, T, F, F-4 and F aircrafts
